Shipping policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders over Rs. 3,000
- Standard shipping fee of Rs. 250 on orders below Rs. 3,000
- Cash on delivery (COD) available with a Rs. 100 COD surcharge
Courier Partners
We ship via TCS, Leopards, and other reliable courier partners depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable, the courier will attempt re-delivery. After two failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping costs in this case are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the package before opening and email us at support@mycenza.pk within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
